Tara was an incredible day-of coordinator and we are so thankful that we had the opportunity to work with her! She helped build out our full wedding schedule, and helped to orchestrate both the rehearsal and wedding day, everything went smoothly thanks to her! During the planning phase she was always quick to respond, very easy going, kind and understanding. On the actual day of the wedding, she kept everything on track, coordinated with our vendors, the venue, our families, and the wedding party. We were able to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about logistics. I highly recommend Tara, she made our wedding day calm and smooth and everything was taken care of perfectly!

Working with Radiance Weddings was an absolute blessing. Right from the start, it was wonderful to connect with a planner who shared our faith, which made the process feel so grounded. She is incredibly creative and has an amazing ability to take minimal direction and completely run with it. She took our loose ideas and brought them to life beautifully. We hired Tara as our "Day Of" wedding coordinator, as I had already hired all my other vendors, so didn't need help with that part. We live in Scottsdale AZ and wedding was at a family farm in Springfield, OR, so we just needed someone to pull it all together on the day! Tara was great . . . Professional, timely, quick to respond, she understood my vision completely, and everything went so smoothly on our day, she was fantastic! Totally recommend Radiance Weddings and Events!

Wow, what can I say! I hired Tara as my wedding planner from the very beginning of my 8 months of planning, and overall, she did a wonderful job. The thing that stood out the most was how well she communicated with my venue. The venue I chose was fairly new, and with that came a lot of unexpected challenges. As more weddings were held there, they began making changes to their contract and policies, which was stressful to navigate. Tara was incredible at stepping in, advocating for me, and making sure that what I originally signed and agreed to was honored. From changes with the bar placement and alcohol, to issues with restroom access inside the venue, Tara consistently communicated my wishes and stood by me throughout the entire process. In the end, everything I wanted happened exactly as I envisioned, and my wedding day was absolutely gorgeous. I couldn't have asked for a better day, and I'm so grateful for Tara's support and advocacy along the way.

Tara was so great to work with! She's very kind and communicative. We hired her for a day of coordinator. During rehearsal and the wedding she was very direct and on top of things but in a very kind manner which was so so helpful when trying to keep a large group in the loop and making sure everything is organized and being done in a timely manner. She also did our sweetheart table drape backdrop that was beautiful! She did such an amazing job and out did herself on that. I was so grateful to have had her as our coordinator. She had lots of insight on wedding planning. During the wedding she touched bases with Kyle and I on things and made sure we were aware of the schedule and timing. She also brought us appetizers and made sure we had drinks throughout the night. Thank you Tara for helping make our day so special!! We appreciate all that you did.

Tara is truly such a gem, and I'm beyond grateful that I found her to work with for our wedding. She has multiple packages, so it's easy to find one that works for your specific situation, and she was so wonderful to work with from start to finish. I'm very unorganized, and somehow Tara still managed to make sure everything went smoothly and that I never felt overwhelmed. My friends and family who interacted with her throughout the wedding absolutely loved her as well. After the wedding, I found out about a handful of little hiccups that had happened throughout the day that Tara had worked through seamlessly. She handled things behind the scenes so that I could just enjoy my wedding day and be fully present. Her communication leading up to the wedding and on the wedding day was absolutely perfect. She was organized, responsive, kind, and made the whole process so much easier. I'm so thankful she was there to help bring everything together, and I truly couldn't recommend Tara enough!

We almost didn't hire a day of coordinator and WOW are we glad we did, and even more so that it was Tara! From our first meeting through the very end of our wedding reception she was dialed, communicative, and we are so grateful she was there to help steer the ship! Our meetings before the wedding were organized and she brought up details we would have otherwise overlooked. She spear headed the rehearsal and there is no way we could have gotten everybody in line without her. Day of while we were busy with the wedding she got catering, the DJ, and family all corralled to make it a perfect day that we were fully present for, not directing. Would recommend her to any friends and family :)
